You have 12 months from the date of enrollment to finish the course. The vast majority of students complete it within a few days of enrolling.
The final exam can be retaken as many times as needed at no additional charge. There is no waiting period between retake attempts.
Virginia law allows you to earn safe driving points through a DMV-approved driver improvement course once every 24 months. You may enroll more frequently for court or DMV requirements, but safe-point credit is only awarded once per 24-month period.
